Weekly Reflections for Founders & Entrepreneurs at a Threshold
Every Monday, I share what I’m seeing with the established founders and entrepreneurs I work with—the patterns creating friction, the thresholds asking for attention, the shifts trying to emerge.
Plus monthly deep dives on integration and transformation.
No fluff. Just insight for where you actually are.
You've built something real. So why does it feel so heavy?
The business is there. The revenue is there. From the outside, you look successful—even when it doesn't feel that way on the inside.
And following through takes even more.
The systems that used to support you now feel like they’re running you.
And that vision you once had, the one that felt right and aligned—is getting harder to see.
You’re not imagining it. And you’re not failing.
What you’re feeling is real: your business no longer matches who you’ve become.
This shows up in your business—and in you.
In your business:
-
- Growth has stalled, and you’re not sure why
- There are decisions that need to be made—like realizing someone isn’t a culture fit—but making the call feels impossible
- Systems that used to run smoothly now feel like they’re barely holding together
- You’re constantly firefighting instead of building
- The strategies that got you here aren’t taking you forward
In yourself:
-
- There’s a quiet anxiety that disrupts your sleep—whether or not you can point to a specific reason
- Excitement has been replaced by obligation
- You feel disconnected from yourself and the people who matter most
- There’s a quiet numbness where passion used to be
- Even your wins don’t land the way they used to
In your clarity:
-
- You used to know exactly where you were going—now you’re not sure
- That vision you had—the one that felt right and aligned—is harder to access
- You’re moving through your days on autopilot instead of intention
- Deep down, you know there’s something more—but you can’t quite see it yet
You’re not broken. Your business isn’t failing.
What you’re experiencing is a signal:
The structure you built no longer fits who you’re becoming.
“If you’re recognizing yourself in these patterns, the first step is getting clear on what’s actually happening beneath the surface.
Take 20 minutes to pause, listen, and see what wants to shift.”
I see what you can't see—and I walk beside you as you cross the threshold.
I spent nearly two decades inside Fortune 500 and 1000 companies as an analyst, facilitator, and mediator—learning to see patterns in complex systems. During those years, I was also a single parent, holding both professional pressure and family responsibilities. I know what it’s like to keep everything running when you’re already running on empty.
In 2002, I stepped out to build my own business. I’ve grown it through different life phases—from empty nest to becoming mom to my first grandchild, navigating relationship shifts, and rebuilding my vision more times than I can count.
Here’s what makes my work different:
I bring calm to chaos. When everything feels overwhelming, I help you see what’s actually happening beneath the noise—so you can make decisions from clarity instead of crisis.
I see the patterns you can’t see yet. The friction in your business, the exhaustion you’re carrying, the vision that’s trying to emerge—I can see where these threads connect and what needs to shift first.
I don’t separate business from life or soul. Your business is never just about business. I help you integrate all of it—so your business becomes an expression of who you’re becoming, not a structure you’re just trying to maintain.
I’m not here to advise from the outside or hand you a strategy.
I walk beside you through the threshold—helping you reorganize from coherence instead of control, so you can build what’s next without dismantling what already works.
When you reorganize from coherence, everything shifts
In your business:
-
- Systems start to flow instead of feeling like they’re barely holding together
- Decisions become clear—you can finally make the call and follow through
- Your team aligns naturally because you’re leading from clarity, not depletion
- Growth happens without requiring everything from you
- You refine what’s working and release what isn’t—new strategies emerge that align with who you’re becoming
In yourself:
-
- You sleep better because that quiet anxiety finally settles
- Energy returns—not from pushing harder, but from being aligned
- Connection replaces numbness—with yourself and the people who matter
- You feel present again instead of just going through the motions
- Your wins actually land—you can feel them instead of just checking boxes
In your clarity:
-
- You can see where you’re going again—and it feels right
- That vision you’ve been searching for becomes accessible
- Decisions flow from intention instead of obligation
- Your business becomes what you always wanted it to be: an expression of who you really are
You’re not just surviving anymore.
You’re building from coherence…
And it no longer costs you your peace.
THE SHIFT OTHERS HAVE EXPERIENCED

vision and renewed our ability to collaborate. Since that time, our
business, team, and operations have grown to meet increased demand.”

“I experienced an energetic transformation — a new ease and calm
that cleared the way for direction and momentum. Leading spirit-forward
has become essential to success.”
— Amy Duncan
What once felt like striving now moves through flow, spirit and structure in rhythm.
“With the clarity of my Soul’s Intention, I’m choosing more of what I
want to do and not living out of ‘should.’ I see myself differently — and
the clients I’m attracting are more aligned with me.”
— Suzanne Simpson
This is coherence embodied — business becoming an authentic expression of self
I know what it feels like to build while everything around you shifts.
For nearly two decades, I worked inside Fortune 500 and 1000 companies as an analyst, facilitator, and mediator—learning how to see patterns in complex systems and bring clarity to chaos. During those years, I was also a single parent, navigating both professional demands and family responsibilities.
In 2002, I stepped out to build my own business. By then I was married to my soulmate and empty nested—but that didn’t mean the journey got simpler. After I started my business, I became mom to my first grandchild, navigated relationship shifts, and rebuilt my vision more times than I can count.
Through all of it, I learned this: business is never just about business.
What makes my work different isn’t just the decades of strategic expertise I bring—though that’s part of it.
It’s that I can see into the shadows and the unseen—the patterns creating friction, the decisions you’re avoiding, the vision trying to emerge even when you can’t name it yet.
I bring calm to chaos. I connect the dots others miss. I help you see what’s actually happening so you can move forward from clarity instead of just pushing through.
And I don’t let you hide.
I’m gentle and firm, loving and kind. I’ll hold you to your highest good without feeding you a line of BS. I can find the humor in our foibles and the lessons in even the hardest circumstances.
I walk beside you through these thresholds because I’ve crossed them myself—and I know the way through.
Soul-Business Field Guide
You don't have to cross this threshold alone.
If what you’ve read here resonates…
If you recognize yourself in these patterns, a Threshold Conversation is the natural next step.
We start with presence. Before we dive into strategy or solutions, we settle. I help you get grounded enough to hear what’s actually true—not just what’s urgent.
I reflect what I’m sensing. From the outside, patterns are easier to see. I’ll mirror back what’s happening beneath the surface—the friction points, the misalignments, the patterns that might be invisible from where you’re standing.
We clarify your next step. Together, we identify what actually needs to shift first. Sometimes that leads to working together more deeply. Sometimes it’s a clear action you take on your own. Either way, you leave with direction.
No preparation needed. Just bring your honest presence.
This conversation is both a standalone clarity session
